My name is Barbara Hunter, and I am a Registered Professional Counselor, embracing my role as a mother of two as both a source of strength and inspiration in my mission to assist others.
Gary John Bishop once said, “Get connected to your reality, your real life instead of your emotionally soaked self-talk narrative about your life.” This sentiment deeply resonates with me and reflects the essence of my professional journey.
Previously, I found myself ensnared by outdated stories and beliefs, obstructing my personal growth and fulfillment. It took years of attending personal development retreats for me to realize that I was the primary obstacle standing in the way of my own progress. The recurring message of "You're not good enough" echoed in my mind, impeding my ability to embrace my full potential.
